High-Temperature Habanero cheese can withstand up to 400°F and hold it's shape without melting. This make it a perfect addition to meats and provides both a creamy flavor and a soft texture. Go ahead and grill or smoke this cheese to get the most flavor out of your meat. We recommend pairing it with Spicy Sriracha, Jalapeno Summer Sausage, Chipotle Wildfire Snack Sticks or Habanero Snack Sticks. 

Usage For Sausage- Making:

We recommend a 10-15% inclusion ratio for your meat block. 

• For 10-lb Meat Block: Mix 1 lb of high-temp cheese
• For 25-lb Meat Block: Mix 2-3 lbs of high-temp cheese

Storage:

Lasts up to 180 days at 32-72°F. Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.
